Who is Kim

A woman with long brown hair smiles for the camera.

I am a Certified Hypnotherapist, a graduate of the Hypnosis Motivation Institute, and a member in good standing with the American Hypnosis Association. A devoted lifelong learner, I have earned 3 Associate’s degrees and am working on my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida on my journey to a PhD.

I have completed more than 336 credit hours with the oldest and first Nationally Accredited College of Hypnotherapy in the United States. Additionally, I hold Certifications in Hypnosis and ADHD and Hypnosis and Weight Loss.

I spent over 15 years as a paralegal, where confidentiality and attention to detail is of utmost importance.  I was inspired to become a paralegal because a pro bono paralegal helped me through a tough time. That kindness meant a great deal and I wanted to pay it forward to others, so I became a paralegal.

Several years later, I suffered a life-altering hit and run car accident. During my recovery journey, I met a hypnotherapist who was able to help me achieve levels of recovery that my Neurologist and physical therapist told me I would never regain. Through the assistance of hypnotherapy, I learned to manage and even overcome the emotional and psychological impact that came with the Traumatic Brain Injury. The TBI brought anxiety and ADHD type of learning disabilities into my life. Through the use of hypnosis and speech therapy, I have improved my cognitive skills and managed the emotional impact. I am once again getting “A’s” in my Psychology classes. I am a great believer in its effectiveness for vocational, avocational and self improvement.

While I began my hypnosis journey in order to improve myself, I have since devoted my life to guiding others to achieving their goals and overcoming obstacles through the use of hypnosis. I have helped many individuals overcome personal obstacles, successfully face challenges, enhance their performance and the quality of their lives through goal-oriented achievement strategies, hypnosis and self-hypnosis.
